Delete your Taraq account
Taraq by SIRNUR LIMITED. You can delete your account and all its data at any time.
In the app (instant):
- Open Taraq and tap ⚙️ Settings (top right of the home screen).
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
By email (if you no longer have the app):
Email info@sirnur.com with the subject "Delete my Taraq account" and your nickname. We'll delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted: your player ID, nickname, character, coins, items, Pass progress, level and game stats.
What is kept: nothing from your profile. Purchase receipts are kept by Google Play or Apple under their own policies. Anonymous reports about players may be kept for up to 90 days for safety.
