Taraq — Terms of Service

These terms apply when you play Taraq, a game made by SIRNUR LIMITED ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

1. Who can play

Taraq is for players aged 13 and over. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your account

Your game profile is linked to a random player ID stored on your device. Keep your device safe — if you lose or reset it, we may not be able to recover your profile. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

3. Play fair and be kind

Don't cheat, hack, exploit bugs, use bots or modified apps, or harass other players. Nicknames must not be offensive, hateful or impersonate someone else. We may rename, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

4. Coins, items and purchases

Coins, items and the Game Night Pass are a limited licence to use virtual content inside Taraq. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred or sold. All items are cosmetic — they never affect who wins. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their refund policies apply. Deleting your account removes your coins and items permanently.

5. Changes and availability

We're always improving Taraq, so features, items and prices may change. We try to keep the game running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If we ever shut the game down, we'll give reasonable notice in the game.

6. Our content

The game, its characters, art, music and name belong to SIRNUR LIMITED. You may share screenshots and videos of your games for non-commercial purposes.

7. Liability

Taraq is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for loss of virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
